I've spent 30+ years in senior HR and leadership roles across diverse industries and organisations, including Delta, Pall, Armstrong and Knauf.
I've led through acquisitions, restructuring, growth and organisational change, designing people strategies, building leadership capability and helping teams scale. I've also sat on the other side of the table, coaching leaders through moments when the path ahead isn't obvious.
Today, I bring those two perspectives together: the practical lens of an HR leader and the curiosity, challenge and trust of a coach.
Alongside my executive coaching work, I contribute as a Global Coach with the Humanitarian Coaching Network and as a coach and mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, supporting women entrepreneurs as they navigate the challenges of building and growing their businesses.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: people challenges are business challenges. When leaders become clearer and organisations become more intentional about their people, performance follows.
Beyond work, I'm passionate about travel, reading and fitness. I have an enduring sense of wanderlust and love discovering new people and stories. I find that these experiences often bring the same things I value in my work: curiosity, perspective and a willingness to step outside what's familiar.
